Ok, so my cell phone main screen died today.  Flip it open and it's white.  Totally F'n white.  I know my way around the phone enough to make a few calls in my contacts and can receive calls still so I'm good till tomorrow or so.

Drop by the Verizon store today and the kid looks at the phone and declares that 'its shot'.  Ok, I'll give ya that one...  But next he pulls the battery out and declares through nothing but his visual acuity at the case of the battery that it's shot too.  Then he spins it around on the counter and just looks at me.  Blankly.

WTF!  Damn kids these days....

Oh, and that's a REALLY nice --um-- pic of the girl on the 1098.

I cannot be the first to comment on this, but I just saw the second one in as many weeks...  (and one more a couple months ago)

Just by changing badging, anyone really going to think this:

You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Sort of a "what can brown do for you" moment. Grin Maybe the driver just delivered the mini sewing machine to the dude in the tux and the police didn't care for the parking job. laughingdp
