Sounds like fun, but I'm out of town for Easter.

I finally got the wiring harness for the 916, but it still needs to be installed. I'm half considering taking the vintage rally car, but something about getting up at 0-dark:30 just doesn't have the same appeal as it used to. Maybe I'm just settling into being a grumpy old fart.

...woke up, looked out the window & was actually able to tell there was a moon somewhere on the other side of that thick cloudbank so decided to gear up & go, push my bike down the street to wake up someone else's neighbors at 5:30 (note to self: talk to Mark re: going with quiet baffles for the boomtubes Wink  -- nice ride up MtTam, fog getting thicker & wetter as altitude increases, up on top can barely see 50' ahead, wind picking up, road wet, but not too much debris, get to east lot and get to hang out, meet some cool peeps, probably 50 or so bikes end up showing up in all, no chance of seeing "sunrise" we only know the sun has come up by light picking up a bit - head back down, get passed a few times, make a few of my own, take the long way home and make it back before the crew is out of bed, bust out some Bacon, eggs, & pancakes as the crew begins to wake up to the sounds & aroma wafting thru the house of Bacon sizzling...

Great start to the day!

(and Thanks! Vinny, that  bacon is/was awesome!  waytogo)

NICE!

I woke up Easter morning and that ride was actually the first thing I thought about.  I always wanted to take that ride.

It would have been hard not to make it living so close... get out and ride more!

Don,  when did you get the 916?

... get out and ride more!

just took her out of "mothball" status, went almost 2 months w/o riding (scary) - new chain, fluids, giving her some (much needed) TLC - been getting out 1-2x/week - weather is getting nicer & I am getting less grumpy!

hurry up with that school thing already!

making progress on the mancave, got a couple of new rub/bbq sauce recipes for the smoker - you always have a place to stay & park a bike, liquor cabinet is stocked - Shel & Kayla send hugs & smiles!
