The long distance run is 3 minutes long??  I think it should be at least a 5k.  This truly is "gamer exercise."  I understand the need for the game to be plausible but don't you think there should be a challenging goal to work up to?

Poor boy, I thought that vid would end in heart attack.

Cheers to the Wii for making exercise cool.  The optimist in me wants to believe it'll make a difference.  Do you guys know of any studies being conducted relating to the Wii and gamer health?

I do know tht the wii is being used for people in physical therapy and people with cerebral palsy, or so I'm told by a former co-worker with a child that had cerebral palsy.  [thumbsup]
