It's not how many tickets you've got, it's how many times you've lost your license!!!  I 'll have to add the last few years up, but I saved most all My tickets from 12yrs. old riding dirt bikes to date,  last count, a few years ago, was around 56. I still hold the Fremont county sheriff's record for longest DMV report. I'll look at lunch to get a positive count.

I popped a wheelie.  Once.  On accident.

Does that count?

Great stuff.   Can't you be arrested if you're going so much over the speed limit?

In california, they can impound your vehicle if you're 30+ over the posted limit. I learned the hard way (30 day impound ain't cheap, either).   Police

I couldn't find '77 '78 '79,  from there on is 56, altho only found 33 motorcycle citations, two on the Duc.  That brought back some fun memories, and not so fun memories.... had to stop adding up the money involved   bang head

I did 140 on a 620 once.

Seriously though my 900 has crept up on an indicated 135mph once or twice.  Ive been pulled over plenty. I never have run from a po po that was behind me pursuing but there may have an instance or two where I poured the coals on while they were turning around and they may have not been able to catch back up.  That would have also happened a long time ago before I grew up.    Grin

I've not noticed cops and lost them. told later they were after me by others...

in Virginia they have to stop chasing you after you break 120 and in salt lake city they cannot chase you at all unless a felony prior to running has occurred.

135 plus.   On Radar.  Evasion.   They came to my house.   Off to jail, bike was towed.    I had a license, registration, and insurance.    Bailed out that night, got my bike back the next morning, $168.   They were supposed to keep it for 30 days, the cops told me, but the impound guy let me get it.   I rode right by the station, and they were all standing there.  It was all I could do to not pull  a standup wheelie past them at about 125.   But I didn't.

In court, I received 180 days, of which I did 77 in jail, the rest on home detention/work furlough, which cost $27/day, for another $2700+.    $1600 fine, $5000 for a lawyer to keep me out of prison (they wanted either 13 or 16 months in jail for endangering the cops life by making him chase me).   Apparently my lawyer golfs with the judge, so $5000 was OK with me, since I am just NOT prison material.   Kept my job, the boss thought it was funny as hell, kept my license, and my insurance didn't even go up.

Monterey County Jail sucks.

If you are going to do it, don't go home.   It's easy enough to get away from them, but if you  live in an area long enough, they know where you live.   I don't do that shit any more.

I've been pulled over tons of times for obeying the law.  Does that count?
