Butter itself is, of course, great.

Combine it with things, and it becomes even greater!

I do think it is cheese, but that doesn't change your opinion much though, does it?

Will be trying my hand at making homemade croissants later this week.  I am predicting failure, but on the plus side, I will be well stocked in butter.
