Well, his race doesn't really matter.. so why ask? It's the asking about someones race, in correlation to a crime that's setting off the warning bells.

Most people who know me, would be pretty worried about me doing something stupid right now; so they know that when I dropped everything and tended to my girlfriend, it had to be serious.

As for what I'm going to do now, as much as the system sucks, we have to go through it.

It takes a special kind of stupid to post any kind of incriminating remarks on a public forum. Especially when legal proceedings are underway

of course they do hence why I asked, it was a tad insulting for him to call me a racist on a public message board. I am so not  a racist, im part cuban I have BLACK relatives on my mothers side. anyway yes hopefully they put this scum away but the system is wack and he'll probably get probation if that.

I am sure this is not the first time this douchebag has been arrested for domestic violence, assault, etc.


Doesn't the 3 strike rule only apply if you have Felony's? Probably varies by state.
