there's a great at-home interview with kenny sr. in the new RRW.. part 1 of a U.S. Legends Tour series.  good article, good conversation, and a photo of his ridiculous garage/museum.

however:

'The scale of Roberts' latest venture is mind-boggling -- a long term budget of several billion dollars (for MotoGP, NASCAR, and F1), factory Ducatis and a team Boeing 707 to shuttle hardware between races and a new HQ at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, where fans will be able to watch the bikes being prepped.  And Roberts says the whole deal will be the subject of a TV reality show filmed by Brad Pitt's production company.'

i've heard new roberts team + ducs + vegas more than once, but... woah.

there's also mention of kenny on the phone to someone saying, "dude, we'll be on the grid at Doha..".  Obviously that didn't happen, but still..

Is RRW the American outlet for Bike? Or was this just a freelance article that got picked up by both pubs?

it was written by brit Mat Oxley... who is the rrw motogp editor.  so either rrw sold the article to Bike or Oxley sold it to em both.  5 part series about american racers, so maybe the former.

Also a great pic of him with his very large shotgun. So don't be gettin' any ideas about wondering onto the King's compound and maybe riding off on something.
He likes him some shootin', Kenny does.
