In the process of fueling adjustment on an S2R800; letting the throttle snap back from WOT for a TPS reset, I find that the butterflies are sticking sometimes on the snap-back. Like they are getting wedged somewhat in the bore of the throttle body. What gives? Is there a way to fix this?

Can you disconnect the cable from the bellhousing to confirm it is not the cable?

Throttle sync misaligned/jammed the throttles?

Fast idle issue?

I had this happening on my 695 when cracking open the throttle.  I checked the throttle tube and cable thoroughly and they were working smoothly.  I tried the butterfly by hand where the cable connects to it and found it to be sticky.  Turned out the butterflies were out of alignment.  You can very carefully loosen the two screws on each butterfly and lightly snap the throttle closed a couple times to line them back up with the bores.  After tightening the screws my throttle action has never been so smooth.  Makes on off throttle transitions so easy now without being lurchy on take off.
