Uh... the second time Dani lifted up Jorge on purpose. Neither we're giving and inch and Dani was using racecraft to force Jorge wide... It was nothing untoward as evidenced by them shaking hands afterwards.

Fwiw, 15 finishers is pretty weak imo, they need at least 4 more bikes on the grid.

In the post race press conferance, the three riders were asked about the overtaking, and all three pretty much gave the same answer.  Its just part of motorcycle racing and you have to attempt those maneuvers if you're in the fight on the last few laps.  They are out there to do what it takes to win.

As far as more bikes in the field, I don't really know if putting more backmarkers on the grid just to fill it out does much good, but obviously the 2012 rule changes will most likely be taking care of that.

F*CK SPEED!!  Where's MotoGP?!  Truck racing!!   bang head

Speed had the race on live this morning, and they are also replaying it again today at some point along with the support classes.

I watched it on motogp.com, but also have the races recorded too.

Who's Kenny Hoye? He was great to watch for most of the race. Why was Elias hitting the tail of his bike? Did he want Hoye to tuck in behind him so they could try to gap everyone?

Kenny Noyes? He's an American racer who's been running in the Spanish Superbike races for a while.

Wow...Yeah!  That Moto2 race was unbelievable.  Kenny Noyes was awesome.  I really thought he had a chance to win.  I dont know what happened towards the end but I think his tires must have been shot...

I actually thought the Moto2 race was a little better than the wsbk assen race...

That's saying a lot, especially considering how kick ass the second Assen race was.

Only Toni knows, but I think it was for exactly the reason you state.  I thought he was being a little cocky, but he shut me up in the end  Smiley.
