Output shaft seal

discalimer-I tried the search, came up with mostly clutch slave problems.

I cant remember since having my motor apart....is the output shaft seal one you can replace externally without splitting the engine?  [bacon] sweet.

Im at work now wondering about it: seems like it may be tricky to remove with the output shaft still there

It can be done.
It's the hard way to do it, providing you've got the engine split already.

I dont have it split. I didnt realize this seal needed replaced until after I reassembled.

How do you get the seal out? with the motor on the bike still?

Is that seal leaking?

well....yeah. Its leaking a bit. nothing huge to where its unridable, but it needs replaced
