i dont see why this er...industry merits different rules than any other job that involves insurance, being sued, etc...

I wonder if the employees are classified as Independent Contractors or if they need to pay for workers comp insurance, etc...and if so how is the industry classified?
I know roofer have the highest insurance rate based on injury risk. Surprisingly, coffee barristas also have high work comp rates based on frequency of burns and being sprayed with hot liquids.
