I bought a pair. I nstalled them. You have shit for adjustment when your on the bike. You litterally have to carry an Allen key around just to get them adjusted right. Because they expect you to aim your mirror sitting on the bike looking into the back of your garage.

and who the make the beast with two backs idea was it to put mirrors that make everything look bigger? you realize the thing is only 2" inches tall right? that means i get a nice very personal look at the driver whos picking their nose.

Bling factor: 10
Functionality: -5, that's right a negative. these mirrors make the beast with two backsing suck.

dont buy these pieces of crap

Don't buy mirrors which aren't convex glass. Bling over functionality - that's unusual [laugh]

Sorry you had to find out the hard way :-\

(don't link to this post when you try to sell them?)

its a flat mirror.... taht make the beast with two backsing magnifys. I may just try to ge the mirror swapped out.

Seirously though, i thought when buying rizoma i was getting classy functionality. People will probably still buy them off me just cause its rizoma.

The mirrors can be adjusted whilst riding.  You just need a little touch with the allen key.   ;)

If you go to Rizoma's site they tell you which mirrors meet TUV and/or E-Homologation.  If they meet neither you can assume they are decoration.

I hope the windshield of a car has the ability to stop an 8mm allen key.  :o

Thanks howie, these are apparently not rated for anything except

"Mirrors equipped with High-Quality “Blue Style” Mirror-Glasses, "amber" Mirror-Glass or convex mirror glass"

Convex? no. Blue Style...great but how does that help me see anything?

Ugh. For sale. The radials looks awesome!

Such drama. I like that the Rizoma's are tight. They don't blow around and shift position and is it really that hard to aim them while sitting in front of the house? As for functionality, I don't remember anyone ever commenting on being able to see better with Rizoma mirrors, only that they look cool and you can in fact still see behind you.

Buy them and tell me how they work for you.

boo mirrors in general.

He Man,

I was just going to pull the trigger on the Circuit 743 or the Prototype Nakeds.

Can you post a picture of the mirror side to show what you are referring to?  Are they THAT bad (i.e. as useless as you claim they are?

PM me if you'd like to sell them?  8)

He Man

will post some pics later ut..

the right most tip o the bar that holds hte mirror. that bolt allows the mirror to turn up and down. the mirror itself can only spin.

if you want to lower or raise the mirror, you adjust the pivot bolt that connects the mirror, to the mirror mount.
If you want to move the mirror towards or away from you, you adjust the main bolt which is a different key from the rest of the bike.

And it isnt a mirror where you can lossen, adjust and then tighten. If you loosen the bolts, the mirror drops to a neutral position, so youll have to use both hands to hold it until you get it right. And you cant loosen all of them at the same time, other wise the mirror will just fall and hit your bar.

Again, its a stupid design, and i figured rizoma would be more intuitive in designing the mirror. IT looks pretty sweet though.

go with the  prototypes thee mirror looks like it can actually pivot around.
