Hey man I have bed news!!! I dont think I'm going to be able to make it my fork seals are going out! Hope you guys have a great ride!!!

Dude!  I have a set of Paioli forks sitting in my garage. Not exactly Öhlins, but they were gone through by Nick @ Valley Ducati service. I took them off my bike when I put the Showas on a few months ago.

Bring your bike over, we'll put 'em on, or just come pick 'em up. They'll get you through the ride untill you get yours fixed.

Ya, the ride was originally set up by a friend of mine with the facebook crowd. She lives in the Santa Monica/Venice area and they don't like to get up too early down there!    cheeky

It's starting to look like it's gonna be on hell of a gathering!!!   waytogo

Did Mr750 get boots??!?!?!!?!?!?

He did, indeed. A brand new pair of SMX-5's  Grin

....sigh....  I'm out for this one but not for a lack of wanting to ride the 33 again.

Mutha-F&*cka what a road....

You'll definitely be there with me in either zip tie or hose clam form. Miss ya man, wish you were on this ride!!

Hmmm good point... I think we should make a crew.... Th Flight Cycle Motorcycle Club... a club dedicated to fixing bikes with zip ties... Wink (sorry Sean)

No worries Miles. Made me laugh! I love it!!   laughingdp

Sean, just come up a little early.  The meetup spot is just down the street from my house. Just drop 'em off beforehand... Besides, I'll have fresh cooked bacon at the house!   bacon

Congrats on the new boots!  Totally psyched you're coming...    Grin

Yeah cool, I'll try to get to your place around 9am? Let me know.

Take the forks from Bacon, tighten 'em down and we're good!   [moto]

What does it need?  Seriously.  Year/model?  I'm sure these hooligans might be able to get something together...  I was going to give my old forks to duc_poultry so he could make the ride...  Just say'n.  Wink

Actually, don't know what your plans are for saturday night, but I'm having a little party at my place.  Some people might be staying over so they don't have to go home just to ride back up the next morning...
I'm cooking.  Yes, there will be bacon.  Yes, there will be pasta. Yes, there will be wine. Did I mention there will be bacon?

oh wow...   as much as I would love to take you up on the offer and think it's ridiculously cool/gracious/generous of you to even suggest it, I have a no-riding-other-peoples'-bikes policy, unless it were PCH or something really cruise-y. Just a precaution on the offchance something did happen. But seriously, thank you...
