Have you guys considered dropping these into an archive format so that they don't ALL load upon entry to the home page? I know most of us these days are on some sort of highspeed connection, but it could help some people out browsing on mobile devices etc. if they didn't have to load all those images each time they come on over...

just a thought??

The BoMB is part of the Simple Portal software.

I don't know if it supports an archive, but you idea is a good one.

I don't navigate to the 'home' page when I come here. I go to the forum page. It eliminates all the articles loading and would be a solution for mobile users that have real browsers built into their device.

Just to follow up.

Simple Portal has no archive feature.

I guess we could remove some of the past articles manually and have them appear elsewhere to speed up load times for the home page.

I'll add it to the list.
