Hey guys, sorry for the late notice, but in an effort to log on more miles I'm wanting to ride tomorrow. A loop up to Prescott for lunch.  Meet just north of the 101 on Cave Creek Rd at Rustic Cafe at 7-7:30am, kickstands up no later than 8.  We'll have a long boring start, but fun rolling hills on the new fun road by Bagdad, take the back way to Prescott via Skull Valley rd, then the usual stuff back home through the white spars and Yarnell. Should be home by 2pm.

The loop: http://tinyurl.com/300milerLoop

Meet at Rustic Cafe at 7-7:30am: http://tinyurl.com/RusticCafeMeetup

I'll see ya if I see ya.   [moto]

You're not a mom. And neither am I... I think I will go.

I think I'll make this ride too!
Now which bike shall I ride, they both need the miles?

So... who's gonna be the first one to spill the beans?  I thought for sure  Police  was gonna double-back for us.  A-Used-Car (sp?) and I went back through skull valley the way we came up.  128 miles to the filling station in Winkleman.  Speed limint or under the whole way.  Took forever.  Any time a car or truck was in my rear view, the "pucker factor" kicked in a little more.  I was also on the look out for choppers (not motos) in the air (I've had that experience before).  I'm tired.  My ass hurts.  And I've gotta get ready for a meeting.  Sniff ya later!

Prescott Brewing Company? It's hard to recognize the table, but there aren't that many places where you can take aerial photos like that around here.

Kind of funny that on a weekend you were riding up here, I was down in PHX buying an old truck...

Totally serious.  had we kept going down the road, we figured the  Police would have just collected us on the side of the road with the rest of you.  Not too many paved roads out there.  The only other direction was back the way we came.  That was one of the longest rides I've ever been on in one day  Clocked 400 miles (give or take).  I'm still walking funny.

The really funny part is three of us just rode right on past the LEO while the one who caused the diversion got pulled over was just thinking to himself "Boy, I hope those guys have fun on Yarnell while I have this guy tied up for a minute!".  Which we did.  He was let go and pulled in at the bottom of Yarnell about 10 minutes later.  30 minutes after that while waiting around we decided to leave. I almost turned around twice to go back and look for you guys...which would have had me all the way back in Prescott by the time I would have headed home wondering what happend to you both since I never would have guessed you would take that long of a way home.  Oh well...seems like we might need some group riding ettiquette discussions.

D, I was told heard that the third (3rd) rider back (?) was the "caused the diversion" rider until the gusting wings blew the lead rider over the double yellow and around that mini van at an "apparently accelerated" rate. Evil
