SOLD

Since I bought the bike from this group from the old site (that I probably shouldn't mention), I thought it would only be proper of me to post it here first.

I took ownership of this '05 Monster 620 about 19 mo. ago and I've only been able to put about 1000 miles on the bike.  This fall, I'll be starting grad school at Philly and with an already semi-busy schedule I'll most likely have even less time to go riding.  Therefore, I'm hoping to find her a new home.

There have not been many modifications since I bought it from a member on this board (on CAM).  A 6k miles service was performed at Coleman WB right after the purchase, then an oil and belt change was performed at DucPon on Oct'07 before winterizing it.  I switched back to a stock handle bar and the front brakes was changed, though it's the same 4 pistons brakes but in gold color instead of black (as shown on photo below).  Also, the belly-pan is currently detached since one of the screw-hole has a small crack.  I plan to re-patch, paint, and install it back onto the bike.  Since the previous owner took meticulous care of this bike, I also follow suit (as I was afraid to get lectured by him at Rhodeside).

In case you are curious, here is the post that enticed me to the purchase: http://www.ducatimonster.org/smf/index.php?topic=62546.0.

Below are details of the bike that is pretty much a lift from what was posted in the link above; all accept the few changes mentioned above and a lowered price.

++++++++++++++++++

7,2xx miles

2 Black Keys, 1 Red master key and code card

All manuals, service receipts and documentation

$5,000 is the going price.  Reasonable offers will be entertained; inordinately low ones will be refused.  This isn't a project bike â€" she's ready to roll.  If you're looking for a rat to work on â€" this isn't the bike.

This Monster is in great shape, and I'll be a bit sad to see her go. But I now have a $110k school loan to pay off.

It's been adult owned and well looked after. Ridden, but never abused, dropped or crashed.  Though I like to play with my toys, I always look after them.

Ducati shops have professionally preformed major services.  The 600 miles was preformed by Fast By Ferracci, oil and belt was changed by Donnie at DucPond on Oct'07.

The bike has been washed and polished regularly and looks great.  It's not 100% show room, since it's not a trailer queen â€" but nearly there.  The seat cover does have some scratches from when it (not the bike) was dropped.  The 'dynamic D' logo covers the worst.

If you have any questions, wish to see additional photos or wish to see the bike in person, feel free to contact me.

No test rides unless you have insurance and cash in hand.  I would be happy to take it for a demonstration spin for perspective buyers.

I am not a lending institution, so payment in full would be expected at time of purchase.  I hold the title, with on liens or payoff, so the title would transfer directly.
