so i got a call from the state trooper who investigated the accident tonight.

he was very apologetic and said that if there is damage and everyone gets called in to assist like that then they have to issue a citation.  >:(

not sure what it's going to be for, but he said that he sees no reason that i should have to pay a ticket when i did my part and avoided hitting other people and i wasn't riding like a jackass. he was also impressed that i have been bike onl;y for this long, lol.
he told me that i should plead non guilty and go to the hearing and he would drop the ticket. it's nice that he was so cool about it and is helping me out like this.

so heads up...if you get iunto an accident in PA, even if it's only 1 vehicle, you will get a ticket. talk to the trooper if you can and see if they can help you out.

It's a Chinese buffet place at a strip mall, nothing fancy but there's not that many great options for me in the immediate area (mostly I just go to a supermarket and buy food).  They have some really greasy food, some fairly normal entrees, and then some healthy salad options.
