anyone have any thoughts on or experience with these?  i got them in the stealth (matte black) but am not sure if i love them or not.  haven't installed yet and considering just going with the pazzos i initially ordered.

You mean these? wwaatttt. I love them, except one of the bolts they use are rusting. but the level 3 anodizing is SUPER tough. ive grazed them wit ha screw driver by accident and not a mark.

These FP racing levers are backed with ridiculous LIFETIME warranty from an ebay selling
they say if you break it they will replace them. which is insane.

I dont know if that's true though.
they look nice

the replacement is only if they fail to pivot i nthe event of a crash. if it does pivot and grind down, it did its job and u can buy a new blade.

pretty dope if u ask me.

uglyducky

i got the racing levers (no pivot) and am not sure if they carry the same guarantee.

i doubt it. they will snap just like any other lever if you put force on them. the pivots will pay for themsleves in just 1 fall. unless u have shortys. but i dont like shortys.

From aesthetics perspective, FP logo on the adjuster would have to go for me. The "Stealth" looks nice.

yeah, i second that.  i asked if it were possible to get blank adjusters (it's not).  but i got the adjuster in silver so the logo doesn't stand out as much.

It says they will pivot up OR DOWN in the event of a crash.....

sounds sketchy to me. What keeps it from folding down while im riding and braking hard?

He Man

theres a split ball built into it and it will not fold unless it breaks. aka there has to be significant amount of force to casue the breakage before it will fold. u cant fold it by hand.

avizpls

o well how am i gonna show it off then?  :P

I'd rather have the standard "folds up, not down" style

I have a set of the FP's. The quality is great and the folding feature is a nice bonus. I don't see why it matters what direction the lever folds in. The FP's can fold either way and as I see it, the way the bike goes down and the direction it's sliding is going to determine the direction the lever will likely fold.

mines broken, it keeps folding toward the grips.

I've heard of this problem. It makes the bike loose power and tries to pitch you forward.

yea, you have this problem too?

when im trying to go really fast and my levers fold, my engine all of a sudden feels like it hit a brick and is running on water (which i think isnt combustible, but im not scientsit). i dont know what to do. I heard the non folding levers dont do this.'
