On all 1098s? I have a fork set that came with calipers, masters, triples etc. and they are not mono-blocs

You got hosed.

Congrats on the 1098 you are going to love it!!  Get some new rearsets btw the stock ones are garbage, your foot slipping off mid corner is not fun.

Not really, looking at pricing on the mono-blocs yesterday.  I paid as much for the whole set up as a pair of mono-blocs cost.

Definitely must admit that the brakes are a bit of a step up from my S2R-800's "brakes". Way more feel. Bike is almost telepathic when it comes to handling as well. Haven't worked on any rear-set changes (I just did drop a bunch of coin on the bike itself)  ;) But did get some security stuff and I am now looking for a cool clutch cover. I really ike the cycle cat 3 piece setup, but I am still looking.  ;D
