I used to be a big baseball/football card collector when I was a kid. I probably have some cards possibly worth something.

The one thing that was always said (don't know if it holds true today) that if you had an autographed card, it was actually worth less than the card unsigned.

Nothing to do with this thread, but I still to this day don't understand how something personally autographed by the individual isn't worth more than a basic card.
