Missing Bolt?

I was cleaning the bike today and noticed what looked to be a missing frame plug on the left side. 



I checked out the parts manual to look what's suppose to be there but it was not entirely clear to me.  From the below close up, it looks to be all set.  I think I am just missing on the plug on the outer part of the fame.  However, it just looks weird and I would appreciate someone with a similar bike (08 S2R1K) to confirm.

That's just the way it is.  No plug.

If you really want to get a plug, a trip to the local hardware store should take care if that.

you could ball up a bit of duct tape and stick it in there
