Yes.  You'll get more $ for the Buick (there are Reatta freaks out there....) than you would for the dirtbike.  Then, put the $ towards mods and/or booze.  ;D

Minor things; it needs a tuneup, the sunroof has a broken linkage, and it has a small ding above the right rear wheel arch.
The bike needs an oil change, and keeps blowing headlight bulbs.

One of the important equations in life:

Bike > Car

Quite correct, unless...

Car ownership = 0, and probability of rain > or = 50% then car > bike

I Would still keep the XL though. Buy a crap car off CL for poor weather

Pip

I'd trade, just for the sheer oddity of the Reatta.

One of the main reasons I'm even considering the trade is the fact that there are no woods or trails within 40 miles of me. I would have to take it to an offroad park and pay to ride their trails, or down to the outer banks to ride on the beach. I also have a 2002 DRZ-400 in the garage which hasn't been ridden in 6 months.

for 7 years i haven't needed a car through all weather. it's a mindset. good rain gear pays for itself

in that case i'd make the trade. the DRZ will be easier to handle offroad anyways.

Riattas have special interest value?  I'll be damned.  Unless you are talking about the original (1940).  I think I would rather own a Rambler.
