Perhaps even some wasabi.  [thumbsup]

All I see is ground round. Is this a problem?

In retrospect I think I got it wrong and he was actually telling me

that I was not the sort of person who should do a lot of drinking

I can see that being sound advice as well ;)

Well, the deal king gets deals.

If this falls through it's because it's not a deal.

I put out an amount that would make it a deal...

If they don't want to play it's their fault it tanks not mine...

herm

is this because of the oil lease thing? could you expand on this? (BP has mineral rights on your prospective property or something, and is planning the next big environmental disaster?)

yes

and sort of.

BP has the rights to this property and an adjacent property

they used to be one big chunk.

The lease runs out in 2016.

It's 50/50 if the decide to come and drill. After that it's 50/50 if they drill on this land or the other piece.

If they drill over there I can never drill my own well.
