Drill a well as soon as you close...

it only takes a well company a few days to be in and out.

It will take BP 15 years to pull their head out of their collective ass. ;)

The lease isn't actually with BP

it's with atlas energy

If your concern is the ability to drill a water well I'm pretty sure you can get that done before an oil exploration well would be pulled off.

No a water well isn't an issue. The property already has two

then run far and fast...with no off shore drilling, the fossil fuel companies are going to be planting land based oil Derrik wherever they think there might be a dollar to suck out of the ground.
