I could see carrots for texture...and like a saigon cinnamon for a good vegetarian mixture....like a Cincinnati type of chili...

Spent about 7 hours swapping fork internals on the GS: from lowered to Dakar.

Time for some rest &  drink now. Tomorrow the rear shock gets the same service.

Just retrieved my M900 from a towing company. I parked it in my designated motorcycle parking spot at my apt last night, but the towing company took it anyway. I told the leasing office that my motorcycle was missing and they called the contracted towing company to see if they towed it. Apparently they did and took a picture of the bike parked in the correct spot but the "only motorcycle" lettering was faded. When the apt manager verified that I parked in the correct spot, he called the towing company to release it.

When I arrive at the lot, I say I'm here to pick up the bike and the attendant states that I must sign a form which states "no driver error" and "motorcycle not parked in motorcycle spot". I told him that I refuse to sign the form with those qualifications and reminded him that the apt manager verified that I parked properly. Then he starts yelling at me and says he will not release it. My neighbor who drove me to the lot say call the Police and I call my wife to tell her what's happening. As she's walking to the leasing office to tell them the same, the attendant opens the gate and says that I can take my bike. Maybe he figured I was calling the  Police. Safe to say I took lots of pictures and nothing seems obviously wrong with my bike, but there's no way I was going to sign a form that stated they were not in error when they clearly were.

Sorted out the wiring in a bathroom. An GFI outlet wasn't working.. turns out the yahoos the previous owner hired to do some fast updating wired it to the LOAD terminals... under the yellow warning label. Needed to be on the normal LINE terminals. Copious yard work, preparing for the siege on the Ivy to come.

Picked up an ATV jack from Zooom  waytogo so now I can lift the KTM for dirty wheels. Changed out it's oil, installed some SuMo hand guards, a bar mounted bar-end mirrors, thus doing away it the big dumb stockers, installed some 2nd hand billet bling, removed the electronic 2nd/3rd gear throttle restrcition  and installed a new seal set on the forks of the Monster.

Rolled the Norton out of the sunroom, through the front door and down into the basement. It probably feels abandoned.
