Congrats to both of you! [thumbsup]

Went by the MVA today to deposit a donation and was rewarded with some painted metal plates...  ;D
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

Bought a townhouse in the Navy Yard with a small garage.  Finally more room to stretch out.  I'll be moving in mid-August.

Thanks a lot for the offer guys.  My biggest priority is renting out my condo before closing so I don't lose cash after moving out.  If I can do that, then I can afford to get movers, lol.

If you know anyone looking for a modern one bedroom in Mt Vernon Triangle (4th and I NW) let me know.
