What folks think of as Denver is sort of a hodge podge - it's all grown together over the years. So if you start hunting for a place be sure to peep a map. A search on Denver will get you different results that a search on Aurora might - even if the place is across the street. It's a touch odd.

I've got some cousins who live not too far from the Museum of Nature and Science. Lots of bungalows and other interesting places there. Around the museum there's running and bike trails, fields etc.

As you probably know, CO is a lot more of a Doggy and bike friendly place than around here

Skiing lessons??  Grin

Went out for a little ride yesterday. Cool

Call me crazy but I just signed up for my 2nd half-marathon. Hopefully I'll be wiser than last time and gradually increase my weekly mileage Grin

I'm running the Historic Half @Fredericksburg with a friend. My training partner is also encouraging me to run the full MCM but I think I'm going to pass on that one.

Just dropped off my forks @MRPmotorsports for Kenny to work his magic. I'm excited to get my suspension worked over and to support a shop like MRP.

I ruined a new K&N oil filter by installing it with the o-ring from the old one still attached to the engine. New filter leaks like crazy now.  bang head Any local source of K&N oil filters (KN-153) in the Burke/Lorton area that is not Coleman's? Advance Auto is close but they don't stock the filter that I need.

Yup, I may do that since I'm waiting for other tools to arrive anyway. Beats dealing with traffic to get to Woodbridge.
