07 Black 2600 Miles $4995 Looks like it's bone stock and I'd have some farkle $$$ left over.
There's also an 09 Black 1500 miles $7200.

Decisions, decisions. Any advice from the peanut gallery?

The newer one is going to have slightly revised bodywork and better suspension.  It will also have a little bit (something like three) more hp as well due to slight better internals in the motor.

Almost forgot, the newer one will also have slightly better brakes as well: monoblock front calipers.

And for the record, my '08 sold for $7500 with about 7000 miles on it.  I'd go for the '09 if it was me doing the buying.

How's the SD?

Don't know yet.  It seemed to take the map just fine, but the truth will be told when I actually get the thing out and ride it.

On another note, found out today that my neighbor's bike was just stolen, from the next garage over!  I then found out that my two stands (that I thought he had borrowed) were also stolen.  I spent the rest of today trying to get both of mine secured seeing how the make the beast with two backsers know where they are.  Kind of baffled that they didn't actually take my two at the same time as well.

That sucks ASS!! They probably heard the KTM and were afraid to ride it off in case it explodes!

Is your garage secured? Mine is, but not very well...it's got a door with an automatic opener. How you have them secured? I should do mine since I would cry like a little pregnant dog if it was gone! Maybe I should think about full coverage insurance. Huh?

I've got full coverage on both of them.  The SC's policy is even updated with the mods that have been put on it.  But even with all that, there is still no way I'd be able to replace it with what the insurance would give me if it was stolen.  So now it's sitting right outside my front door, on the forth floor.  Someone would have to take the elevator up, get past the lock and then move it back to the elevator without my dog hearing it and going apeshit, which would then bring me and at least a .45 iffin' I'm at home.  The SD is still down in the garage, but with three braided steel cables (one on each wheel and one through the frame) locking it down to the cement support.

And that's why I don't have it full coverage on anything!

I should devise some 11ty billion volt shocking mechanism to secure a bike....of course, I'd forget it was on and sizzle myself.

What make/model of bike did the neighbor have? And... how the hell did the thieves get in and out of your compound? IIRC there's a gate. I'd guess someone on the inside was involved.

It was the previous generation R1.  Kind of a black/cherry color, which I imagine would not be all that rare...

And yes, there is a gate there, but you can always find people slipping in after a resident opened the gate for themselves.  I am going to go chat with the property management on Monday.  I'm kind of disappointed they didn't bother to contact any of the other moto owners in the complex to let us know that thieves were in the area.

Yea, figured it was a Japanese bike. Thieves suck. We need a [paranoid] emoticon, now.

My 620! Grin Grin Grin Grin

And I found a sweet ass deal on a daytona 675! Can't wait for the shop to open on Tuesday...unless of course the guy with the other one calls me back and I buy it tomorrow. Now what was that song?....jizz in my pants. laughingdp
I went to Clinton Cycles open house yesterday to check out an RSV and naturally it was sold. So instead of running for my life, I ogled the 675's as they were asking $8399 for 09's and 10's. Back in January they were asking $7499.

That 07 seems like a good deal compared to other 07's I've seen listed.  I rode a friend's once; they're cool.  If I were to get a full fairing sport bike, I think it would probably be that.
