Talked to the Triumph dealer about a 675R today...
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Got pulled over twice by the local  [leo] on Cap. Hill.  and received this wonderful piece of literature...

What may you ask was I doing.  The first time I was pulling out of the the BP on 7th street and the next time I was at a stop sign.

The first conversation went like this...

LEO - Pull over
Me - You've got to be kidding me.
LEO - We're pulling riders over to educate them on DC's new zero tolerance rule for motorcyclists who refuse to obey the law.
Me - Did i do something improper when pulling out of the BP?
LEO - No! Drivers license and reg. please
Me - Here you go
LEO - Where is your exhaust and nice plates.  You may get one of those tonight if you're lucky.
Me - Exhaust is at home.  Was having mechanically trouble so I took it off (not really).
LEO - Put them on otherwise you will get a $100.00 fine.
Me - Great...
LEO - Everything checks out.  Have a nice day and remember zero tolerance!
Me - Thanks.

Second police stop starts like this
Me - This has got to be a joke.  Do I have pull me over written on my back or something.....

Well, you're not going to want to hear this, but you're basically asking for it with the plate you have.

I do expect to get a little hassle for my plates, however, I was just shocked as to what I could have been doing that warranted me getting pulled over while exiting to lot of a gas station.

I'm going to post this picture on my other forum if that's okay.  Interesting.  I didn't know anything about this initiative.  I'm going to try and be extra careful around the city.
