I've got new tires that need the little rubber hairs ridden off of them.
They're called Chicken Strips.
 Chicken Strips are what's left of the mold-release compound after you've scrubbed it off the center area of the tire, as seen in the picture below:  I suppose if the hairs are left only on the chicken strips that one could call them feathers. |

It does look warmer tomorrow. I'm trying to get a few other SD guys to come out and meet us on Sunday, so I am kind of committed to that plan. One way or the other though, I'm also taking the Seven back out this weekend as well. |

Probably caused a few crashes over the years giving people a hard time about those. I kinda feel bad about it now. I suppose this may be the reason why some people still swerve back and forth because we were always told there is no good purpose for that on modern tires. |
