Chopped that one up a little more than last time. Everyone likes seeing allll the fast parts, but it would have been half an hour long!

Haha that was Jim, and it wasn't intentional. I heard him fill his leathers over the sound of my engine.

Speaking of, the audio is better but still junk. I'm going to try my stereo recorder in a backpack next time.

Yes, even I'm interested in seeing it. I'm hoping to learn from watching my mistakes make the beast with two backs ups before one of them kills me!

I figured it was Jim based on the comment above. It's easy enough to pick out High-viz Massimo or Ben - but others I wasnt' so sure about.

Not to bust chops - but what happened Jim? What precipitated that line?

*edit* Missed the caption the first time. Was half paying attention at work

I lay that blame at the feet of Ohlins USA - it took them 9 weeks to do a simple service on my shock. I just got it back on Thursday  Angry and finally got the bike 100% back on the road Sunday

Thanks for posting up the vid....I love it!!  The guy who joined up with the Triumph ST needs to get up on his balls of his feet.  From 10:xx all I can see is his feet dragging along and sticking out like rabbit ears. cheeky

Chops need busted for that slop. Not really sure what happened. Entry looks (and felt) OK but next thing you know I'm riding like I'm in a land far far away where they drive on the other side. I've been trying to watch frame by frame to see where my head is, but can't quite figure it out on my laptop screen. Definitely some sort of early apexulation going on, probably mixed with some lazy steering as well.

Anyone feel free to analyze and offer suggestions to school me a bit. Gonna try it on a bigger screen and see if I can see better...maybe even project it lifesize.

I'll see if there is somewhere I can upload the raw file. It's much higher resolution.

Here's a 700 MB limit dropbox from UNL that my TAs use to send me big files. Doesn't require a login as far as I know...only good for a couple of weeks.

The rez on that thing is nice! And the caption is hilarious.

Jim, I wouldn't over think it - just be glad there wasn't a car there. Purely a guess, but I'd say you panicked a bit going into that corner and had the throttle closed and so were slowing down (or you stiff-armed which makes the bike want to stand up), which always makes you run wide, unless you add in extra counter steer. You appear to have gotten off the brakes which is good, so I'd say it was just a simple case of the "uh oh"s. Maybe you went into the corner watching the bike in front of you rather than judging yourself? Who knows. No harm no foul. And you gave Artful a chance to use the caption feature of his editing software!

Oh wait - I mean that bike's obviously not for you and you should give it to me!

(Seriously, if it happens again just bend your arms to get your bad self close to the tank and keep your head up and look to the exit - not the outside. "You go where you look so look where you want to go")
