Idle Setting

I didn't have my fuel/air adjusted by the dealership before I got PC3.  I made sure my throttle bodies were sync'd,  valves adjusted, then I got PC3 w/ custom map, BUT my idle is still too low and bike turns off every now and then on a red light.  I think dealership will charge $100 to fix.  Any short cut around this or should i just go to dealership?
