I'm also on the fence. Buying Tocino's bike in a bit and hope the weather at least holds off till I can get it home...but REALLY hope it holds off all evening so I can head down to asylum.

WJLA has the rain dropping from 90 to 40 at 7. Let's hope they're right for a change.

I'm still up for going out there if the weather holds.  I was planning on showing up around 8.   I guess I'll just check back to see what others are doing.

Weather.com shows 95% starting at 7 and then 100%. I say pass for tonight, boo and tomorrow we'll see.

Bummer too.  I just dressed up all my Duc's wounds Smiley. If tomorrow we may need another location. AM is typically nuts on a Friday night. Two weekends ago they have a sobriety checkpoint when you crossed the Calvert Street bridge.

Yeah, they very commonly have a speed trap set up at the end of that bridge also.  Let's just say I know from a very unpleasant personal experience not to speed there now. bang head

Not likely to be able to go tonight (Kidlet and teaching aerobics at 7 a.m. tomorrow)...next week Zooom and I are doing Moto/route Safety for the Komen 3-day so we'll be out from Friday-Sunday.  However, although we have to start at 3 a.m. thursday night/Friday morning.....Thursday evening early might be an option....

Next week no rain but I hear there will be a plague of locusts.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

But that's ok, cause we can either cover them with chocolate or deep fry them

I'm thinking: let's plan for Tuesday and keep Thursday as a rain date.

As for location, anything goes for me, but I'd like to remind everyone that the first Tuesday of the month is Sea Chanty at the Royal Mile in Wheaton.  chug
