Hey guys, I want to go for a ride tomorrow...but are there any routes I should stay away from because of tomorrow's parade?  Obviously it seems like the west side should be avoided, but am I safe if I leave and enter Manhattan from the east side?  Was thinking of riding out into Long Island.

Or am I just silly for trying to ride tomorrow?

the parade route is 44th street to 86th street on 5th ave, so  don't try crossing town near here. staying west of central park or way east towards first and second ave should keep you away from most of it. check the weather tho bc good poss of thundershowers according to weather.com

have fun
