All the Ducati's made the 1290SDR possible!

If LT is selling all those bikes you can bet there is a huge upset with his personal life and/or business.  The details are likely none of any of our business.  Anybody who buys any one of these bikes will be getting a good bike, no question.  He knows what he's doing and he knows he may not get what he's asking for but I bet he's already factored that into the equation.  Don't want to pay the price, then don't. No big deal. I don't think you'll find a better bike somewhere else for less.

not sure of the other bikes but the s2r is priced extremely reasonably for the mods. I mean i just bought mine in near mint condition bone stock for roughly $6k, he wants $7k and for gods sakes it has 3k mag wheels on it Shocked

True, I just checked the Hyper which is way overpriced.

I don't think all of his prices are way off.  The MH900 seems reasonable given all the bling that is thrown at the bike.  The SS1000 seems fairly priced as well.  What gets me is his refusal to accept any form of payment other than cash.  So, unless you happen to live in the greater Pensacola, Florida area, you are pretty much SOL on buying one of these bikes.  I hope the guy is doing O.K.   Undecided

I'm sure all of those bikes are top notch and well maintained. The real problem when trying to put a value on a heavily modified bike is you've reduced the population of individuals who want, appreciate, and also value those same modifications. I'm sure LT knows this and is not looking for a quick sell so he can afford to be selective.

The bikes aren't worth 35% more just because he's LT Snyder. They are all clean examples that would/should fetch the high end of what each model is currently going for. His "don't make offers, I won't respond" BS will get him exactly what he asks for. No offers.

I kinda want to agree - I've bought stuff from him, and have his 2V book, and respect him of course, but why does he always have to be so cranky? I mean he's just a plain straight up grouchy person. I love that yellow 900 though. I'd be too afraid to go and deal with him on it because he seems so unfriendly. His website is full of unfriendly disclaimers.

He acts like he is the only one in NW FL who can work on a ducati, and anyone else isn't doing it right.  That, coupled with the "high and mighty" rant about how his sister needed money but he's never asked for anything or been helped by anyone was the last time I'd ever looked at his website or bought anything from him.

I looked, I laughed, I'm always buying bikes but he's crazy  laughingdp laughingdp

It is funny because every other person on this board rants about how you shouldn't get your money back for mods you put on your bike... then this dude lists a 95 monster for $9500?   Roll Eyes

It ain't like Rossi owned these bikes.

I agree. The bikes are great but he is a person who happens to know how to work on a Ducati. He has no magical power he is just a good mechanic, who seems to be pissed off from time to time. I am willing to pay more for certain bikes, i paid a premium for my 03 M800 because it was my first Ducati that I sold and really really wanted it back so I paid what I had to to get it. It is special to me and me only, no one else here would  pay a dollar more than KBB but I did. I wanted it just like he does but he needs to realize he is nobody, and he makes himself out to be a jerk! my .02 Grin

Those are Dymag carbon/magnesium according to the description. Dymag carbon wheels are known for exploding at speed. The only carbon wheels to have are the BST. I've read quite a bit about the inferiority of Dymags. The Dymags take that bike back about 20 years at least with the looks alone, and with the inferior construction, are not the best choice. The rest of the bike is ok, but those Dymags would have to go.

Prices seem a bit all over. I can sorta get the ST4... but the 900 for $9500? Mine was $3000 less and had as much or more bling bits than that one. Sad

Well, not like in the market.. so what's my opinion matter.

Good luck LT, I've got a number of items from him/his business over the years and it's always been good.
