Bought some of those Vibram five finger running shoes a few weeks ago, after my physical therapist said they would probably help my back. Well, I'm almost ready to stick a knife in her. DAMN these things are killing my legs!!

My girlfriend is a PT, if there is one thing I have learned is that sometimes there are incredible amounts of pain along the path to feeling better.
Quick story.
I just bought a house back in April, and she was helping me with some yard work. I have back pain pretty often and she has been helping me with it. After a long day of digging out weeds, my back was killing me. I figured I might as well take advantage of an in house PT and asked her for a back rub. What I forgot to specify was whether I wanted it to feel good NOW or LATER. She went at my back with force that only a lumberjack on PCP could achieve. From a 5'5" girl that weighs MAYBE 120 lbs I didn't know what hit me. He poked, prodded, and pounded for maybe fifteen minutes. I'm pretty sure she climbed up on the bedposts, slapped her arm, and dropped an Atomic Elbow at one point. I'm man enough to admit that it make the beast with two backsing HURT.
An hour later I had absolutely zero back pain and went for a run later that night. She's my little miracle worker/voodoo princess and frankly she scares the living crap out of me.

HULK MASSAGE!
No... that just doesn't work.
Different topic - for anyone needing a new battery and looking to shed some bike pounds, gotta say speed cells are the way to go. Mine arrived and it's stupidly light. Basically on par with a decent sized naval orange. Pound for pound (besides getting a lighter rider) it's got to be the, or one of the cheapest ways to dump some dead weight from a bike.

MotoWheels has one called the
superbike
at 1lb 6.9oz ($250) and the
SS
at 12.1 oz ($160). Although Motowheels recommends the SuperBike battery and not the SS for our bikes, so it's 250 monkeys to save about 7 & 1/2 lbs
Then again, I do throw away money at a lot of shite, so this wouldn't be the worst

Well I guess I should come right out and say it... since you'd eventually figure it out and I'd like to save the awkwardness in the future but guys I'm......
... a terrible typist. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Don't know just yet. Haven't been able to run enough to tell if there will be any significant difference.
