I think it cleans up the front end

But at Louis.de it was cheaper

anyone have any insight as to why a german company wont ship to the US??

It's E certified from what I read so it meets all EURO roads standards and sold it Germany so whatever it's supposed to have to it does I bet. Drive on the right here btw.
