Cans are good clean fun. [thumbsup] I don't have one but I have LEO friends that have them. My MP5 has a 3 lug barrel but I have never gone to the trouble to snuff it. I have always had an interest in a muffled .22. Those are way fun! ;D
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

Damn!!! He barely even flinched. 
I don't care how many times I saw the glass stop a bullet I'm not sure I'd ever volunteer to stand behind the glass like that.

It's on Youtube -- a guy in germany.  If you watch the video, he states (and the receivers shows) it's a bona fide AK-47 with the happy switch.

He apparently has a license to have full auto (in Germany)

I'm pretty sure explaining how a mechanism works is still okay.

And with that in mind...

How does bursting work? It has to be some sort of ratchet or cam or something, right? Anybody know well enough to explain, or have some interwebs I can look at?

All of the 3-round burst setups use a spring loaded rotary cam which has 3 detents or teeth.  When you select burst, it moves the sear disconnect so that the burst cam interferes, but each time the sear resets, the cam turns, just like a clock gear.

When it gets past the last tooth, there is nothing holding the sear, so it doesn't reset and the hammer is held back as in semi auto mode. 

When you take your finger off the trigger, the cam spins back to the start.

I think only the Hungarians figured out how to use that setup in an AK.

Just saying....we had a couple of legitimate Gun Shop dealers here on Lawng Islant busted by the DA

for explaining to undercover customers how they could remove the pins on collapsing stock AR's

and how to replace the rest of the evil black gun features...NY still being a 1994 ban at the state level

But that's explaining how to illegally modify a weapon.

This gentleman seemed to be simply explaining how a legal weapon functioned.

Well I would agree except that one could assume the customer was moving to a no-ban state

and was curious about putting the rifle back to normal config
