don't know what else to do about the video.  Basically what is happening with my 92FS, 9 mm, is that the decocking function (safety) is not releasing the hammer safely when the gun is loaded.  The way it functions is that it moves the firing pin away so when you push the safety lever it doesn't hit the firing pin.  I can shoot it with the safety on, hammer back of course, but only one shot.

How many rounds through this pistol, and have you done anything to it?

safety sear is worn down.  take it to a smith.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I've shot more than 1,000 rounds.  I agree with going to a Gunsmith.   [bang]

If in fact the decocker lever, or the sear, is worn after only ~1K rounds...

trade it for something else.

Never seen that on a Beretta with far more rounds fired than that. Tons of broken locking blocks, but never a worn out sear. Like what's already been said, take it to the shop.
Woohoohoohoo! Two personal records! For breath holding and number of sharks shot in the face.

How dare you suggest I rid myself of one of my Italian ladies?   [cheeky]
Now to find a reputable gunsmith.

Just picked up a new Remington 700 SPS Tactical chambered in .308.  Now I'm just waiting for the scope I want to come back in stock.  :)
