250rd session today. Multiple drills. I shot the 8” disc from 50 today, from the holster. This is where the RMR really shines.

Put some solid work in today on shooting on the move. Multiples, barriers, and mag changes. The RMR is tuff (for me) to grab during movement. I'm up for the challenge though. 250rds. Oh, the guy I get my holsters from made me a new one for the 2011. I really like his work.

Got the majority of the 1911 build parts ordered. Commander in 9mm.

Caspian frame & slide (4-5 weeks out)
Fusion match grade barrel
Wilson Combat (bulletproof) for all internals
SVI trigger
Tripp Research mags
VZ grips
Couple other odds and ends to get.
We are gonna build a really small magwell for it.

36 and overcast, but I got a decent session in. 250rds working multiples, movement etc. Moved back to 50 and worked some 4 and 8” square tgts from the draw. Aim small miss small.
