Stopped shooting indoors and better hygiene while processing brass and bought my level down to 3 from 18. [thumbsup]

Good call. I almost never shoot indoors and I don't pick up brass. I'm make the beast with two backsed from decades of exposure in general. Nobody gets out alive.  ;)

Just spoke with Johnny Glock. He's gonna build me another trigger for the 48 using my Agency Arms trigger shoe.   8)

Absolutely beautiful day today. Ran the G48 pretty hard this afternoon. 300ish rds, running multiple drills. Worked the mag changes hard and the skinny gun is coming around. (Actually the gun isn't doing anything different, but my sorry ass is getting in the groove).

Thinking about picking up another M&P9 2.0 for range use, full size (5") this time.

A buddy thinks I need to be part of pistol league at the conservation club....

You can do anything on the range with the 4. Shorter guns are easier to control running multiple tgt engagements etc. Easier to draw from the holster as well. I don't have any pistols that are more than 4-4.25. Although none of this has anything to do with need', it's all about want.  ;)

4.25" was the other thought.   ;D

But still thinking about the 5" since the 4.25" is too close to the EDC.  ;D ;D ;D

Range gun should be no bigger than what you carry. Unless you're playing a 'game'. Everything I do relates to CMMS/SDS. Far to many gun nerds at matches.  :D

Pretty solid work today. The 48 allows me to run the controls with my strong hand. I haven't been able to do this for decades (I run/ran them with my non firing thumb). It's gonna take some work to basically what amounts to a totally different way to run the gun. 300+ rds today, almost all were 1-1 drills. I aired it out a little bit at the end of the session.
