If you don't mind figuring out the charging problem (I'd guess bad alternator that he knows about but doesn't want to spend more $ on it) you might get a good deal.

That looks like a pretty sweet deal! The electric system on these bikes is not that complicated, and they're built to last... well everything but the wiring  ;D

I'd seriously think about it but I'm already busy with this:


Swingarm, shock and linkage and subframe came in today  ;D ;D ;D

Now all I need is wheels, brakes, engine, fuel and a spark, and I'm ready to go!

OKAY GUYS....the ex wife put the bike back up on CL again...at least...I am 98% sure it is my ex wife posting my old bike...

feel free to go at it...although, the bike is a 2001 and she doesn't seem to have any idea whatsoever, if it is in fact my ex selling my old bike....and if it is, it'll need alot more than just a "tune up"...

Managed to snag these bits off eBay for 140 cucarachas ;D

It came with all the internal bits and a billet fuel cap.
