I offered him $4000. He said no

there was a 1098 on mpls cl a few days ago for about the same price. Not an "r" tho. I wouldve only paid $2000 for that one.

I assume he explained that he was in Estonia working right now, but the motorcycle is located in a Wisconsin warehouse? Once he gets the cash he can finally get the bike released so you can pick it up. Or something along those lines.
