Just left my doctors office with my blood work results.  Apparently my HDL cholesterol is low and having alcohol actually raises it.

I'm doing my very best in honor of the DMF "I'm drunk thread". Italian food and red wine! Vino! The weather here is getting ready to go in the dumpster. Just in time for the Superbowl in Arlington. It really should be fine by then. Besides, you think Packers and Steelers fans will have trouble with ice and snow? bang head Game day will be nice but I'm just "preparing" for several days of being shut in before then because of iced up roads with the wife and 14 year old son... who will soon be bouncing off the walls given the upcoming school closings. Forget going to Home Depot for a generator. I went to the liquor store for wine, tequila and Gran Marnier. A man has to have his priorities. Booze, firewood... it's 12:30. i got maybe 2 non consecutive hours of sleep last night and i'm wired.


i'm debating the meitss of the 7% bells i have in the fridge. it might help me sleep, or it mght jsut make me feel happy for a while
