I received what I hope will be the first in a series of free bottles last night. It sucks that my friends are leaving the island, but, thanks to their open booze, at least I won't be able to remember them!

Speaking of Pale Ales, I managed a bit of an experiment tonight. First was a six of Schlafly pale ale followed by a trip to the gas station for a six of Boulevard Pale ale (the only reason I went for the second batch was because I ran out of the first). The Boulevard definitely has the tiniest bit more hop flavor and I think goes down a bit easier than the Schlafly. Then again, I may be drunk. Eh, nothing an evening of Rambo and Cliffhanger can't cure.... |

i'm drinking some "cass red" at the moment.
things it says on the bottle:
"sound of vitality" what? i can't even guess what this means...
"savory taste of high alcohol beer made from the finest aroma hop" yup... konglish.
i need to get some pics of the weirder booze labeling here.
also: i need a weekend for my weekends. work is going to blow tomorrow. who wants to teach some korean kids english? i'll be ready to go again on tuesday...
