That was my guess too. If it is, it has to be a puppy or severely malnourished.

Unfortunately, I live in Dublin Ohio which thinks they are an irish community based on the number of Catholics that live here.

1. Ireland is a Catholic country, however, the percentage of people that actually attend church on a per capita basis is less than the US.
2. There are no real Irish Pubs here. If there were, they would have Sinn Fein artrrrrwork and political signage to represent this; I haven't seen any of it and nobody even knows who the Sinn Fein party is.......but drop IRA and they do. Morons.

Also, I live across the street from the Dublin Irish Festival which takes place the first weekend in August. Apparently it is one of the top five biggest in the US.

All I will say is after living in that country for 3 months and traveling to practically every inch of it.........nothing Irish Festival is remotely Ireland.........except a bunch of rowdy drunks.
