hey, if this makes DNA a better organization, and leads to improved dealer and customer satisfaction for ducati in north america, then i will be one happy little monkey indeed. if, on the other hand, this does not have a positive impact, then i will be only slightly amused

I'm not sure if this will impact the dealers much. For that they would have to change their model, which is basically "you have to move X number of bikes this quarter".

the dealers are directly influenced by the management goals, objectives and tone set by DNA. that said, i have hope that this will change in a positive direction moving forward.
