Whats a M900 worth?

Found a project M900.  16k miles, 944 kit, needs carbs.  Decent condition.
Been sitting/closed garage since 07/08
Needs fork seal
Carbon bits (belt covers, fenders, key cover) need refinishing.
Paint appears to be decent.

1995, I believe it has the "good" heads.

Looking for something to get/fix up and let my wife learn to ride.  Then sell and maybe make a few $$ on it (or at least what I've got in it).

What is one in good condition worth, maybe 2500-3000?
