i think the evo really refers to only the engine enhancements, just like they did with the 1100 and the 1100 evo hypers.

like others have said there is no "s" model yet as that would require better suspension as is traditionally done by ducati.

This makes me wonder... When can one expect Ducati to replace the 848/1198 design?  The basic design has been out for 4 years, right?  Is this the last model before a replacment?
