yeah, I went for it at the FLY AWAY in Vegas and received a dislocated elbow. The helicopterr pilot that went for it, the day before I did, got two broken legs.

A few co-workers did it when we were in Vegas a few years ago for a sales meeting.

They said it was a blast, but I'd rather pay more and go skydiving. I am only 2-3 jumps from being able to go solo with instructors.

Instead, I rented some 883 POS Sportster and rode to Hoover Dam.

indoor skydiving is a blast!  it's a more efficient use of your time without the risk of going SPLAT!!  no waiting for the plane to take off, ascend and get to the launch point.  the actual freefall only lasts a couple of minutes anyway, then you glide/coast down.   indoor skydiving just does the "freefall" and then you're done.
